Creating your bespoke engagement ring should feel nothing short of magical - and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Our journey begins with a relaxed, complimentary consultation. This can take place in person - where we’ll use our diamond selector to explore shapes and sizes - or over the phone or video call, whichever suits you best. It’s a chance for you to get to know us, and for us to understand what a perfect engagement ring means to you.
We’ll walk you through diamond shapes and sizes, the 4 C’s, setting styles, metal choices, and all the finer design details that will bring your vision to life. And if you're unsure, don’t worry - we're experts at instinctively knowing what will suit best.
From there, our designers will create a detailed 3D digital render of your ring, so you can visualise every element before it’s made. You’re always in the driving seat, and we’ll make as many refinements as needed until it feels just right.
As a finishing touch, we offer complimentary engraving on all engagement and wedding rings — a beautiful way to personalise your piece even further.

Our Promise
We work exclusively with the finest natural and laboratory-grown diamonds, each one carefully selected to meet our uncompromising standards. All of our certificated diamonds come with either a GIA (for natural) or IGI (for lab-grown) certificate - offering trusted reassurance of their quality and integrity.
Our jewellery is crafted in 18ct gold or platinum to ensure lasting beauty, strength, and optimal sparkle. All of our natural diamonds are conflict-free, while our laboratory-grown diamonds are Type IIA - the purest and most chemically perfect available.
Your bespoke ring is handmade by our team of master craftsmen, known for creating designs with finesse, style, and that unmistakable sparkle that sets our jewellery apart.
Your ring will be ready within just 2–4 weeks and when it’s complete, you’ll receive imagery and video of your finished piece. At this stage, final adjustments can still be made if needed.
Where possible, we love to present your finished ring in person - but can arrange secure delivery to your door if necessary. Each ring is accompanied by a hard copy diamond certificate and a digital certificate of authenticity.
As a mark of our commitment to quality, every engagement ring comes with a complimentary lifetime manufacturing warranty. Please note there is a no refund or exchange policy on laboratory grown diamonds.
