Your Journey
Your bespoke jewellery experience begins with a consultation so that we can get a full understanding of your enquiry. We will discuss gemstones, shape, size, metal, price point and vision for your new piece of jewellery. Following that we will provide you with a personalised quotation and then a 3D digital CAD design of your piece. Once that is approved by you, our craftsmen will get to work. When your bespoke piece is ready, we will send you a video and photos to approve. You are always in the driving seat and can make changes at any stage! Designing your own bespoke piece of fine jewellery is a wonderful experience with memories that will last a lifetime.
Because we don’t hold stock, we will never try to convince you to buy a particular diamond or gemstone that we are trying to sell. We will only ever give you current market prices for diamonds and with gemstones. We also offer a trade-in value for any gold you may have, and for remodels we will trade in the original gold or platinum from any piece of jewellery. Your customised piece will take approximately four weeks to create.

Our Promise
We only work with 'excellent cut' GIA (for natural) or IGI (for lab) certificated diamonds, 18ct gold or platinum to ensure your piece has the optimal sparkle and lasts a lifetime. We stand by every piece of fine jewellery that we create and so, your bespoke piece comes with a complimentary lifetime manufacturing warranty.
We can also offer a trade-in value for any gold you may have, and for remodels we will trade in your original gold from the piece of jewellery.

3D CAD Design
For our bespoke and engagement ring customers, we provide you with a 3D digital design of your jewellery concept before the creation stage. We have a team of five in-house designers trained in the latest jewellery CAD (computer aided design) software. The CAD design is the blueprint for the craftsmen to handmake your bespoke piece. We will discuss this exciting state with you and can make any adjustments you desire until you are 100% happy to proceed to the creation stage.
