Such a fabulous experience from start to finish. Rhona and Orla listened to all my questions and answered everything in depth. Rhona and Orla provided the most fantastic customer experience. I wanted to replicate the first initial of my late Dad’s name on a necklace, but in his own handwriting script. When I queried whether this was possible Rhona was quick to reassure me that they provided this service. They showed the utmost patience as I requested edits and tweaks but after a couple of CAD drawings we got the script just right. However never did I expect the piece to be as beautiful as it is when it arrived. I will cherish it forever and I’m so grateful to have a piece of my Dad - in his very own handwriting - with me around my neck as I go through life.
