EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope you absolutely love your piece of jewellery! However, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, providing the piece is in the same saleable condition and in the original packaging. Simply contact us and we will discuss next steps with you. All returns and exchanges require prior agreement with a member of The Diamond Expert team.
In the event of an exchange, once we have agreed next steps with you, we will begin production of your new item which will be ready within 2-4 weeks. We ask that you return the item by a tracked and traced method and the item(s) be sent back to us in their original packaging. Return Policy
